The sports center is located at 1212 Sanguinet Street (just around the corner of René-Lévesque, a street west of Saint-Denis) near the Berri-UQAM metro station. Parking is free after 18:00 in the neighboring streets. You can plan your route on Google Maps. Google Maps.
There are usually naturists who meet at 17H00 at Resto Végo restaurant: 1720 Rue Saint-Denis.
After the activity around 21H30 another meeting takes place at the restaurant Da Giovanni: 572 St-Catherine East.

Semi-Olympic swimming pool (from 19H15 to 21H15):
The pool water is warm and comfortable
Free bath, freestyle in length, diving on small stepping stones
Net and Ball for Water Volleyball (Lake Como center regulations)
All the usual equipment (rescue jackets, floats, boards, etc.)
Aqua fitness session
Musical relaxation (classical music selected) and dim lighting during the last half hour
Exclusive areas reserved for families (parents, children, friends of parents)
Gymnasium (from 18H45 to 20H45):
From 18H45 to 19H45: 3 badminton courts
From 19H45 to 20H45: 1 volleyball court
Jogging ring overlooking the gymnasium (6 laps per km)

The reception will be open only from 18H30 to 19H15. No latecomers will be admitted. The reception will be closed at 19H15.
You must have a valid membership card and ID (driver's license or health insurance card) at the beginning of the activity.
Bring a towel, a padlock, your sneakers and your equipment. All must have left at 21H30. There is the possibility of renting badminton rackets at the reception for those who need them.
All these evenings are organized with family emphasis. One area of the swimming pool is reserved exclusively for children, parents and friends of the parents (see the plan of the swimming pool).
Please note the following rules in the locker room:
Single Men only must use the men's locker room.
Single women and families must use the women's locker room.
These rules allow for better monitoring of the premises and facilitate the work of those responsible for ethics.
